Bonus Money Details
1. In certain instances
(e.g. a first deposit bonus and a subsequent reload bonus), a player
may be enrolled in more than one promotion at a time. In the event
of this occurence, bonuses will be queued in the order in which the
player has signed up for the pertinent bonus. The first bonus must
be realised in its entirety before the player can then begin to
release the second bonus in the queue.
2. A player will be
considered as enrolled in a promotion until that promotion (or
bonus) has been released in its entirety or the promotion (or bonus)
reaches the expiration date in the rules governing that particular
promotion - whichever comes first.
3. If the promotion has
an Action Point (AP) requirement, the player must accumulate the
required number of Action Points before the expiry date of the
promotion.
4. First deposit match promotions can only be used for the first
deposit that the player makes. These promotions will not be valid on
any subsequent deposits.
5. All deposit match
bonuses will only offer a bonus based on the single deposit from the
player used in conjunction with the bonus code. Multiple deposits
can not be used towards any deposit match promo.
6. For all deposit match
promotions, the player must accumulate 80 Action points for every $1
of bonus awarded with bonuses released in $10 increments. A player
may increase the rate at which their individual Action Points are
accrued by generating sufficient action points to move to a higher
VIP Tier, thereby increasing the speed with which bonuses are
released.
7. Where a customer makes a withdrawal
or transfer out of their poker account prior to the full bonus
requirement being met, the bonus will end.

Grant promotions may have a cash or a non-cash bonus and a variable
AP requirement for bonuses. The number of AP required to fulfil a
promotion can be seen under 'Bonuses' in 'My Account', accessible
through the client.

Where a player has enrolled in a promotion that has an AP
requirement, all APs accumulated will go towards fulfilling the
bonus until the requirement is met, or the promotion ends.
10.
Once the player has fulfilled any AP requirement the bonus will be
credited into the player's poker account immediately unless
otherwise specified.

In instances where player accounts are funded solely by VC Poker
(e.g. Free Cash Offers), VC Poker reserves the right to withdraw
unused funds from dormant accounts subject to player notification of
pending withdrawal.
12.
Additional Terms & Conditions may exist for specific bonuses. These
will be displayed on the website, the publication the bonus was
advertised, and/ or available from Customer Services. It is the
player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with any
additional Terms and Conditions for individual promotions.
13. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry
date, the end date, and the AP requirement for specific bonuses.

14. Any player making
their First Time Deposit will be awarded a tournament token for
entry into one daily $15,000 Guaranteed Rebuy tournament if (a)
their First Time Deposit is a minimum of $150 and (b) the code
500Match is used when making their First Time Deposit.
15. Any player qualifying for a
tournament token as detailed above will receive said token within 48
hours of making their First Time Deposit. 16.
The Poker Room reserves the right to withhold, amend, or withdraw
all promotions without notice.
